The name

Before poker, there was Brag.

Three Card Brag is an old British card game, and one of the games poker grew out of. Three cards each, no draws, no wild cards.

Midnight Brag brings it back to a late-night club where the stakes never sit still. Hence the name: Midnight Brag, Before Poker.

HOT HAND

Let the streak show.

Unbeaten wins build HOT HAND at 2, 4, 6 and 8 wins. Folding holds the count; a contested loss resets it.

Embers at first, then fire at higher levels. Wins have card pulses, arcs, halos and suit particles, with reduced-motion handling.
